Responsibility
- Provide personalized skincare consultations to clients, assessing their needs and recommending suitable treatments and products.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product ingredients, and clinic services to enhance their understanding and confidence.
- Deliver exceptional in-person and virtual customer service, ensuring a luxurious and welcoming experience for every visitor.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting clinic services, memberships, and retail products.
- Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, treatments, and product launches to provide accurate and current advice.
- Maintain detailed client records and follow up on post-treatment care to foster long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the clinical and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions and brand events to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in beauty consulting, retail, or a related field, preferably in a luxury or clinical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- In-depth knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and industry trends.
- Proven sales and customer service abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Passion for beauty, wellness, and client education with a consultative approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
- Professional appearance and strong personal grooming standards in line with brand image.
