Responsibility
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, identifying their needs and recommending Chanel’s premium fragrance, makeup, and skincare products.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge and stay updated on the latest Chanel collections, trends, and application techniques.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a luxury-focused approach, ensuring every client feels valued and inspired.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by building strong client relationships and promoting Chanel’s exclusive offerings.
- Maintain a pristine and visually appealing retail environment, including product displays, testers, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the store team to execute in-store events, promotions, and brand activations to drive foot traffic and engagement.
- Capture client preferences and feedback to enhance personalized recommendations and improve future interactions.
- Uphold Chanel’s brand standards in grooming, professionalism, and ethical conduct at all times.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail, beauty, or customer service, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment.
- Passion for beauty with a deep interest in fragrance, makeup, and skincare trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse clients.
- Strong sales and persuasion abilities, with a results-driven mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
- Impeccable personal grooming and presentation, aligning with Chanel’s luxury brand image.
- Prior experience with POS systems and retail software is advantageous.
