Responsibility
- Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Process and record financial transactions in compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Maintain and update accounting records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in bank accounting operations.
- Liaise with banking institutions to resolve inquiries and ensure seamless transaction processing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bank accounting, financial operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification such as CPA or equivalent is a plus.
