Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve bancassurance targets in assigned regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to drive insurance product sales.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales activities.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and customer service.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote IFG Life Insurance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, or financial services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with banking and insurance regulations in Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and other regions as required.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
