Responsibility
- Develop and implement engaging IB DP Bahasa Indonesian lesson plans that align with IBO standards and school curriculum requirements.
- Utilize diverse teaching methodologies to facilitate language acquisition, reading comprehension, and analytical writing skills.
- Provide constructive feedback and accurate assessments to track student progress throughout the academic year.
- Integrate technology and modern pedagogical tools to enhance the learning experience.
- Collaborate with the humanities department to ensure cross-curricular alignment and support school-wide events.
- Maintain a supportive and disciplined classroom environment that promotes personal growth and academic integrity.
- Participate in regular parent-teacher meetings and professional development sessions to maintain high educational standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Indonesian Language Education, Literature, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience, preferably in an IB school or international school environment.
- Deep understanding of the IB Diploma Programme (DP) curriculum and assessment criteria.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Indonesian; professional working proficiency in English is highly desirable.
- Strong pedagogical skills with an ability to differentiate instruction for learners of varying abilities.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
