Responsibility
- Identify and develop new B2B client relationships within the flexible packaging industry.
- Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Follow up on purchase orders (PO) to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with production and logistics capabilities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s products and services.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably in the packaging, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of new client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, including lead generation, CRM management, and contract negotiation.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
