Responsibility
- Assist the Managing Director and General Manager in coordinating marketing strategies, campaigns, and operational workflows to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the marketing team during leadership absences, ensuring continuity and timely execution of tasks.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, including campaign ROI, lead generation, and customer engagement, to inform data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, logistics, and customer service) to streamline communication and enhance brand consistency.
- Support the development and implementation of digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and content creation.
- Manage marketing collateral, including presentations, reports, and promotional materials, ensuring accuracy and brand compliance.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the transport and logistics sector.
- Assist in organizing events, trade shows, and client meetings, from logistics to post-event follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or administrative support, preferably in transport, logistics, or a fast-paced industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, or project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin) are a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and consistency in branding and messaging.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
- Passion for marketing, logistics, and the transport industry, with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
