Responsibility

  • Identify and prospect new B2B clients in Bali’s corporate, hospitality, and retail sectors to expand the customer base.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our promotional garments and apparel to potential clients through compelling pitches and product showcases.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with key decision-makers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the promotional products industry.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while meeting client expectations.
  • Collaborate with the internal design and production teams to customize products according to client requirements.
  • Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in B2B sales or marketing, preferably in the garment, apparel, or promotional products industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape and existing networks in the region are a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is required.
