Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for B2B events, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Lead end-to-end event planning, from concept to execution, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget management.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, including digital campaigns, email marketing, and social media content to drive event attendance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, sponsors, and industry partners.
- Analyze event performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Oversee brand consistency across all event materials and communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and post-event follow-ups.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and innovate to keep our events competitive and engaging.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on event management.
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing high-impact B2B events.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
