Responsibility
- Develop, execute, and optimize B2B digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic networks.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for targeted ad strategies.
- Create and refine audience segments using data-driven insights to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROI) and provide actionable reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to produce high-converting ad creatives (copy, visuals, videos).
- Implement A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and CTAs to continuously improve performance.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective spend while maximizing reach and engagement.
- Stay updated on emerging ad technologies and industry best practices to keep campaigns innovative.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in B2B digital advertising, preferably in a market-leading or high-growth company.
- Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for ad copy and stakeholder reporting.
- Creative mindset with a knack for crafting compelling ad narratives tailored to B2B audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity while meeting deadlines.
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
