Responsibility
- Manage a complex portfolio of B2B client accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding receivables.
- Analyze aging reports and identify trends to proactively resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
- Provide SME-level support to the collections team, assisting with complex escalations and dispute resolution.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders and corporate clients to facilitate prompt payments.
- Execute effective follow-up strategies via email, phone, and internal portals to minimize DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
- Monitor and report on collection performance metrics to management, providing actionable insights for process improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with global credit policies, data privacy regulations, and internal financial controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Billing, Sales, and Order Management, to streamline the revenue cycle.
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B Collections, Credit Management, or Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Proven track record as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or team lead in a high-volume BPO or shared services environment.
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash (O2C) processes and credit risk assessment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate professionally with corporate clients.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup and maintain high levels of productivity in a remote or office environment.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
