Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure to meet scalability, security, and performance requirements.
- Automate cloud provisioning and management using Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.
- Monitor and optimize cloud resources for cost efficiency and reliability using AWS CloudWatch, Trusted Advisor, and Cost Explorer.
- Implement and enforce security best practices, including IAM policies, encryption, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and high availability.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines (e.g., AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins) for seamless deployments.
- Conduct performance testing and capacity planning to support business growth.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect â Associate or Professional (mandatory).
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, VPC, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, ECS, EKS) and serverless architectures.
- Deep understanding of networking concepts (VPC, subnets, security groups, load balancers).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
