Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end system analysis and design process for complex banking applications, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable technical specifications.
- Oversee the software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring adherence to industry best practices, security protocols, and compliance standards.
- Mentor junior analysts and developers, fostering a high-performance team culture.
- Conduct thorough systems integration testing and troubleshoot mission-critical infrastructure issues.
- Identify opportunities for system automation and performance optimization to enhance operational efficiency.
- Serve as a subject matter expert during project audits and regulatory inspections.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in system analysis, software engineering, or technical architecture, preferably within the banking/financial services sector.
- Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, middleware, and cloud-integrated banking systems.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations in a high-pressure, multinational corporate environment.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) and database management systems (SQL, Oracle).
- In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
