Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the automotive industry, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness in Bali’s competitive market.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact automotive events, trade shows, and promotional activities to engage customers and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) partners to align marketing initiatives with brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Design and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC, to enhance online presence and generate leads.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to optimize ROI and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to senior management for data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge in the automotive market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in the automotive industry or a related sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, campaigns, and events.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
