Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for textile manufacturing processes.
- Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades of automated systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for automation workflows.
- Monitor system performance, analyze data, and recommend improvements.
- Provide technical support and training to operational staff on automation tools and processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in automation and engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in automation engineering, preferably in manufacturing or textile industries.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Mitsubishi) and industrial automation software.
- Strong knowledge of HMI/SCADA systems, sensors, and actuators.
- Experience with robotics, motion control, or CNC systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong communication skills in English and Indonesian.
