Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive financial audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and enhance internal controls.
- Perform risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate financial and operational risks.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, laws, and regulations relevant to the industry.
- Provide support during external audits and liaise with auditors as required.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of audit processes and findings for future reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in auditing, accounting, or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification such as CPA or CIA is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
