Responsibility
- Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and compliance documents for family offices and international clients in accordance with local and international regulations.
- Assist in tax planning and advisory services, including structuring solutions to optimize tax efficiency for high-net-worth individuals and corporate entities.
- Conduct research on evolving tax laws and accounting standards to ensure compliance and provide accurate guidance to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated financial solutions, including audit support, due diligence, and risk assessment.
- Manage client relationships by providing timely and proactive communication, addressing inquiries, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and external clients, highlighting key financial insights and recommendations.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing best practices, reviewing their work, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA) are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 2 years (Associate) or 4 years (Senior Associate) of experience in accounting, tax services, or financial advisory, preferably with exposure to international clients or family offices.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, international tax treaties, and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-experts.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
