Responsibility

  • Analyze complex customer datasets to identify trends, churn patterns, and opportunities for program optimization.
  • Support the design and execution of loyalty campaign strategies tailored to the Australian market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor program performance against key KPIs and ROI metrics.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders highlighting actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Assist in the end-to-end management of client loyalty initiatives, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope.
  • Perform regular audits of loyalty platforms to ensure data accuracy and user experience excellence.
  • Provide operational support to troubleshoot program-related issues and enhance process efficiencies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related analytical field.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, loyalty marketing, or consulting roles.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and retention marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business-friendly narratives.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote/WFH setting while maintaining high productivity levels.
  • High attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills.
