Responsibility
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and design tailored technology solutions.
- Develop and present technical proposals, demonstrations, and proofs of concept to potential clients.
- Provide expert guidance on product capabilities, integration, and implementation strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
- Assist in the preparation of sales materials, including presentations, case studies, and technical documentation.
- Participate in client meetings, trade shows, and industry events to promote Ingram Micro’s solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of presales processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in presales, solution design, or a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of technology solutions, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms is a plus.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Cisco) are highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagements and industry events.
