Responsibility
- Lead the validation of project scopes and technical requirements for PurgeRite Engineering initiatives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and engineering specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to gather and verify technical data for accurate documentation.
- Support project estimation by analyzing technical requirements and providing input on documentation timelines.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines in all technical publications.
- Review and edit technical content to enhance clarity, accuracy, and usability.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to address feedback and implement improvements in documentation processes.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in technical writing and engineering documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical writing, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of technical documentation standards and best practices.
- Proficiency in technical writing tools and software (e.g., Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to interpret complex technical information and present it clearly.
- Experience with project estimation and scope validation is a plus.
- Familiarity with engineering principles and terminology.
