In this strategic role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI). Based in the vibrant tech hubs of Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas), you’ll have the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to a Fortune 500 company’s digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibility
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define and execute the long-term roadmap for client virtualization and VDI solutions, aligning with business goals and market trends.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Partner with engineering, security, and business teams to prioritize features, balance trade-offs, and ensure seamless delivery.
- Technical Oversight: Drive the architecture and scalability of virtual desktop services, ensuring high availability, performance, and security (e.g., Zero Trust, encryption, compliance).
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends in end-user computing (EUC), DaaS, and hybrid cloud to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with DevOps, CloudOps, and cybersecurity teams to integrate best practices into product development.
- User-Centric Design: Advocate for intuitive, frictionless user experiences in virtual desktop environments, gathering feedback from global stakeholders.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure solutions meet regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and internal security policies.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors (e.g., VMware, Citrix, Microsoft, AWS).
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in Technical Product Management, with at least 3 years in enterprise virtualization, VDI, or end-user computing (EUC).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware Horizon, Citrix Virtual Apps, Azure Virtual Desktop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders in a global organization.
- Agile & Lean: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and data-driven product decision-making.
- Security Mindset: Knowledge of cybersecurity principles (e.g., identity management, network segmentation, endpoint security) for virtual environments.
- Communication: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
- Certifications: Preferred: VMware Certified Professional (VCP), AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty.
