Responsibility
- Develop and implement brand strategies for assigned toy product lines to enhance market positioning and consumer appeal.
- Collaborate with product development and design teams to ensure brand consistency in new product launches.
- Manage marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional channels, to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.
- Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, including sales, market share, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with sales teams to align brand messaging with retail and e-commerce strategies.
- Oversee brand budget management, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including agencies, influencers, and retailers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the toy, consumer goods, or retail industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
- Excellent communication and project management skills to lead cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms) and Microsoft Office Suite.
