Responsibility
- Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with company objectives to drive market share and revenue growth.
- Lead product launches, from concept to execution, including campaign development, go-to-market plans, and performance tracking.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive opportunities to inform brand positioning.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and R&D teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and product innovation.
- Manage brand budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI on marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on KPIs (e.g., brand awareness, sales performance, customer engagement) and adjust strategies as needed.
- Oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, content creation, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the Health & Beauty industry.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and brand growth initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and market research tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills to lead cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media ads) is a plus.
