Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of business technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability of systems and applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements and actionable IT strategies.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate third-party technology solutions to support business objectives.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including cloud migration, automation, and data analytics, to improve decision-making and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and optimize IT budgets, resources, and performance metrics to align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management, business technology solutions, or a similar role within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Proven expertise in system architecture, software development, cybersecurity, and cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT) and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Excellent project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering large-scale IT projects.
- Proficiency in data analysis, business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and ERP/CRM systems.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CISM, or AWS/Azure Certified Solutions Architect are highly advantageous.
