Responsibility
- Assist the Store Supervisor in daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely restocking.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Train and onboard new staff, ensuring they adhere to Watsonsâ service and operational guidelines.
- Assist in visual merchandising to enhance product presentation and customer engagement.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet performance targets in a retail environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and POS software.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
