Responsibility
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies for Century Pacific Food’s dairy product lines, ensuring alignment with brand goals and market demands.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights that inform product positioning and promotions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, R&D, supply chain) to ensure seamless product launches and lifecycle management.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, including sales data, customer feedback, and ROI, to optimize marketing efforts.
- Support the creation of compelling marketing materials, including digital content, packaging designs, and promotional campaigns.
- Assist in budget planning and allocation for marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effective and high-impact execution.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality creative assets and media placements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting dairy products, and propose proactive adjustments to strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product management, brand management, or marketing, preferably in the FMCG or dairy industry.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software).
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for brand consistency and consumer appeal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and social media strategies is highly desirable.
