Responsibility
- Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure exceptional guest service by monitoring and maintaining high standards of food, beverage, and overall outlet presentation.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to deliver outstanding service and uphold Marriott’s brand values.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize revenue through strategic pricing and promotional initiatives.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu offerings align with guest preferences and operational efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting to support the outlet’s profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and hospitality management software.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
