Responsibility
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies tailored to Mandarin-speaking audiences.
- Translate marketing materials, campaigns, and communications between Indonesian and Mandarin.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and cultural relevance in all marketing efforts.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
- Support the management of digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and SEO initiatives.
- Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and influencers to execute promotional activities.
- Prepare reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI for management review.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and verbal).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on bilingual or multicultural campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and SEO best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in the Indonesian or Southeast Asian market is a plus.
