Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, and offline) to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Assist in brand strategy development, including market research, competitive analysis, and positioning.
- Manage social media platforms, content calendars, and community engagement to build a loyal audience.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality marketing collateral, including videos, graphics, and copy.
- Plan and coordinate events, webinars, and product launches to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs, ROI, and data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
- Support partnership and influencer marketing initiatives to expand reach and credibility.
- Assist in budget management and vendor negotiations for marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the health, wellness, or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and attention to detail.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet tight deadlines.
