Responsibility
- Oversee the day-to-day management of unsecured personal loan products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and risk management teams to develop and execute product strategies.
- Monitor product performance, including portfolio growth, delinquency rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies related to consumer lending.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, partners, and customers.
- Prepare and present reports on product performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Lead or participate in projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of unsecured lending products, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment, with a focus on the Indonesian market.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with financial modeling tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
