Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic communication plans to enhance SingHealth’s brand visibility and reputation in Bali and beyond.
- Manage media relations, including drafting press releases, coordinating interviews, and responding to media inquiries.
- Create and curate engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and newsletters.
- Monitor and analyze public sentiment and media coverage to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
- Organize and oversee public events, press conferences, and community outreach programs.
- Assist in crisis communication planning and execution to safeguard the organization’s reputation.
- Track and report on communication metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role.
- Proven track record in media relations, content creation, and strategic communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Experience in the healthcare sector or a large organization is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in digital tools and social media platforms for content distribution and analytics.
