Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets for car care products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury car dealerships, service centers, and high-net-worth individual clients
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional performance
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities in Bali's automotive sector
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and performance reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing sales teams
- Deep understanding of automotive products, particularly car care and maintenance services
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Bali
