Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize personal financial services across various channels (digital, branch, mobile, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to design and execute customer-centric financial solutions.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all channel operations.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive offerings in personal financial services.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in channel management and customer service.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, with at least 2 years in channel management or a similar role.
