  • Organize and execute webinars, open houses, and networking events to engage prospective students and industry partners.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and educational platforms to amplify programme reach.
  • Coordinate with admissions and faculty to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with institutional goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education, higher ed, or professional training sectors.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media management) and content creation.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, or marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
