Responsibility
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including office management, vendor coordination, and procurement.
- Manage facility maintenance, security, and safety protocols to ensure a compliant and efficient workspace.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance productivity.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and support business objectives.
- Monitor and optimize budget allocations for administrative and facility-related expenses.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Lead and mentor administrative staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Handle contract negotiations with service providers, landlords, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administration, facilities management, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven track record of managing office operations, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and facility management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and compliance standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
