Responsibility

  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including office management, vendor coordination, and procurement.
  • Manage facility maintenance, security, and safety protocols to ensure a compliant and efficient workspace.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance productivity.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and support business objectives.
  • Monitor and optimize budget allocations for administrative and facility-related expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
  • Lead and mentor administrative staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Handle contract negotiations with service providers, landlords, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in administration, facilities management, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven track record of managing office operations, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and facility management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
