Responsibility
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of administrative tasks.
- Coordinate and manage office logistics, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Support the global markets team by organizing meetings, preparing reports, and managing communications.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage office budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Organize and coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
- Provide administrative support to senior management and other team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in a global or financial services environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in office management software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of financial services and global markets is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
