Responsibility

  • Oversee the preparation and submission of accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and addressing audit findings.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, monitoring expenditures and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Administer grants and funding programs, tracking disbursements and ensuring compliance with grantor requirements.
  • Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures to safeguard organizational assets.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including government agencies, donors, and internal teams, to ensure transparent financial operations.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends, recommending adjustments to financial policies as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, auditing processes, and budgeting techniques.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector or a regulated industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other local languages is advantageous.
