Responsibility
- Oversee the preparation and submission of accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and addressing audit findings.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, monitoring expenditures and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Administer grants and funding programs, tracking disbursements and ensuring compliance with grantor requirements.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures to safeguard organizational assets.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including government agencies, donors, and internal teams, to ensure transparent financial operations.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends, recommending adjustments to financial policies as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, auditing processes, and budgeting techniques.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the healthcare sector or a regulated industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other local languages is advantageous.
