Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end admissions process, from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a positive experience for prospective students and families.
- Develop and implement admissions strategies to attract a diverse and talented student body.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to create compelling admissions materials and campaigns.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate prospective students' suitability for the school.
- Maintain accurate records and databases of admissions activities and student information.
- Organize and participate in school open days, tours, and other admissions-related events.
- Collaborate with school leadership to set and achieve enrollment targets.
- Provide guidance and support to admissions staff and ensure compliance with school policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, or a similar role, preferably in an international school setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using student information systems and CRM software.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
