Responsibility
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Coordinate and supervise team activities, delegating tasks, and monitoring progress to meet deadlines.
- Prepare and present reports, analyses, and recommendations to senior management for strategic planning.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain high standards.
- Manage office resources, including budget tracking, procurement, and inventory, to optimize cost-effectiveness.
- Organize and lead meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance team productivity and skills.
- Address and resolve operational or administrative issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or managerial support role.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with basic financial principles, budgeting, and reporting.
