Responsibility

  • Assist the General Manager in the daily operational management of the business unit.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor team members to ensure consistent service quality.
  • Manage staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and team development initiatives.
  • Oversee inventory levels and procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution with professional tact.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Analyze daily performance reports to identify areas for operational improvement.
  • Support the implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to boost customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing and motivating diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic Point of Sale (POS) software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
