Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with regional and local regulations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in financial operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows and integrate best practices.
- Support the Finance Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive informed decision-making.
- Lead initiatives to automate financial reporting and reduce manual intervention through digital tools.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory reports and tax filings.
- Conduct financial audits and risk assessments to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.
- Mentor junior finance staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting, audit, or process improvement roles.
- Strong proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements or digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in a regional or multinational environment is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and tax compliance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
