Responsibility
- Process and verify invoices for accounts payable (AP) and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Manage accounts receivable (AR) by issuing invoices, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing financial reports and supporting documentation.
- Utilize SAP software to input, track, and manage financial data efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations for financial transactions.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial information at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), or general finance roles.
- Proficiency in SAP software or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial data management.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
