Responsibility
- Assist the Factory Manager in overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, quality control, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
- Support the Factory Manager in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to meet financial targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing productivity.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/MRP systems.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are advantageous.
