Responsibility
- Act as the primary liaison between engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Coordinate daily engineering activities, including scheduling, documentation, and resource allocation to meet deadlines.
- Monitor project progress and report potential delays or issues to senior staff for timely resolution.
- Prepare and maintain technical reports, drawings, and specifications in compliance with company and industry standards.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, cost estimates, and feasibility studies under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including taking minutes and distributing action items to relevant teams.
- Manage and update engineering databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of critical project data.
- Provide administrative support, such as processing permits, ordering materials, and coordinating with vendors or subcontractors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an engineering support, coordination, or administrative role, preferably in construction or manufacturing.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Familiarity with engineering software or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and collaborate effectively in a team.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (if not already based there).
