Responsibility
- Assist senior engineers in designing, testing, and implementing manufacturing processes and systems.
- Monitor production lines to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., quality control, logistics) to streamline operations.
- Support the development and implementation of safety protocols and workplace best practices.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to contribute innovative ideas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, CAD software, or quality control systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively.
