Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team to ensure timely and efficient execution of signalling system upkeep.
- Assist the Executive Engineer in planning, scheduling, and overseeing maintenance activities for DTL signalling infrastructure.
- Monitor signalling system performance, identify potential issues, and implement preventive measures to avoid disruptions.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests on signalling equipment to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults in signalling systems, providing root cause analysis and corrective action reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and safety, to ensure seamless integration of signalling systems with other rail components.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, system performance, and incident reports for audit and improvement purposes.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in signalling technology and recommend upgrades or modifications to enhance system efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in railway signalling systems, preferably with DTL or similar metro/rail projects.
- Strong knowledge of signalling principles, circuit design, and fault diagnosis.
- Familiarity with railway safety standards, regulations, and maintenance protocols.
- Proven ability to lead and supervise a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for signalling system analysis.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach to technical challenges.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali, with flexibility for occasional on-call duties if required.
