Responsibility
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment aboard passenger vessels.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of electrical components to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to diagnose and resolve electrical issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and safety standards for electrical systems.
- Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Assist in emergency repairs and provide support during critical operational situations.
- Participate in safety drills and training sessions to enhance onboard safety protocols.
- Work closely with other crew members to ensure the smooth operation of the vessel's electrical infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
