Responsibility
- Assist the Concierge Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Coordinate guest requests, including reservations, transportation, and local experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and service requests.
- Train and supervise concierge staff to uphold company standards and policies.
- Resolve guest complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Monitor and manage inventory of concierge supplies and amenities.
- Stay updated on local attractions, events, and services to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a concierge or guest services role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using hospitality management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Knowledge of Bali's tourism industry and local attractions is a plus.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
