Responsibility
- Assemble, test, and inspect products according to engineering specifications and quality standards during night shift operations.
- Operate and maintain assembly line machinery, tools, and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and schematics to accurately complete assembly tasks.
- Perform quality checks and troubleshoot issues to minimize defects and ensure product consistency.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company and industry regulations.
- Document production activities, including quantities produced, time spent, and any deviations or issues encountered.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste in the assembly process.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and work instructions.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with tools, machinery, and assembly equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a night shift schedule (typically 10 PM â 6 AM or similar).
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Familiarity with safety protocols in a manufacturing environment (OSHA or equivalent standards).
