Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory (Bali and surrounding regions).
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers and distributors to expand the company’s medical device portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals to drive product adoption.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities in the medical devices sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, and regulatory) to ensure seamless product launches and compliance with local regulations.
- Provide product training and support to sales teams, distributors, and end-users to maximize product utilization.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous).
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory and occasionally internationally.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
